Question: How can I receive technical support and updates for the products?
Answer:
Technical support is available via e-mail. Minor updates are free of charge (upgrading from version 2.x to 2.x). Major updates (upgrading from version 2.x to 3.x) are fee-based (20% of the current version's cost).
Question: How will I get the program after I have paid for it?
Answer:
All of our products are delivered electronically; i.e. after you have made the payment, you will receive an e-mail message with instructions on activating your copy of the program.
Question: Will the registration key that I receive after purchasing the program be applicable for all versions of the Internet Access Monitor (Mail Access Monitor) family program, or only for a specific version of the program?
Answer:
The key will work with one specific version only.
Question: I am a registered user of one of your programs and would like to purchase another program from you. Am I entitled for a discount?
Answer:
Yes. If you are a registered user of one of our programs, you can purchase any of our programs with a 15% discount. For more information, please contact our sales department.
Question: How do I activate the software? I am a registered user
Answer:
Please open your registration e-mail. There you will see the special link to the Private Area of our site. Open this link and log in using the login and password provided in the registration e-mail.

After you log in, click the "Fully functional software" link located on the right pane. Download the program, install it over the current installation, start and activate it using the Activation Wizard located in the Help menu.

Question: How can I place a purchase order?
Answer:

As a corporate client, you can order a program using a purchase order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept purchase orders from private customers.

Please send us your official order on a company letterhead by mail or fax. Please include the following information so that we can process your order quickly:

  1. The product name and the specific product ID, if available
  2. The quantity of the products you wish to order
  3. The name of the user the product license will be issued to
  4. Your billing address and your shipping address
  5. Name, phone and fax number of the contact person
  6. The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different
  7. Your requested billing currency

If you include all of the required information, your order will be processed immediately by our customer service team.

Question: Can I enter different billing and shipping addresses?
Answer:
Yes, you can enter two different addresses when ordering online, as well as when ordering through our customer service. All correspondence relating to the order and payment will be sent by e-mail to the billing address. The product will be delivered (usually via e-mail) to the address given as the delivery address.
Question: How do I pay by credit or debit card?
Answer:
Payment by credit or debit card provides the fastest order processing. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club, as well as UK debit cards Solo and Switch/Maestro. Orders are processed immediately once entered in our system. Shipment is initiated once the order has been charged to your credit or debit card. Products are generally available for delivery within 48 hours.
Question: How do I pay by wire transfer?
Answer:
Please transfer the funds to one of our accounts in Germany, France, UK, Finland, or Japan, depending on which account is most convenient for you. You may be able save on international wire transfer fees. Please confirm any fees with your bank so that the full amount is transferred to us. You will receive the necessary bank account information along with the order confirmation sent by e-mail after our system receives your order. We recommend that customers in the US and Canada pay by credit card or check to avoid the considerable expense and delays that may be incurred in transferring money to one of our European accounts. Customers from Germany with online banking can transfer the funds directly during the online order process. Further information is provided in the order process. These orders are treated as credit card orders, and as such, products are delivered immediately after the order is entered in our system.
Question: How do I pay by check?
Answer:
Please send your check to our customer service in Germany or in the US. It is important that you make it payable to the correct recipient to avoid delays. You will receive the check payment information along with the e-mail order confirmation following the receipt of your order in our system. If you would like to include your check in your order, please contact our customer service. We will provide you with the correct payment information for your country to avoid possible delays in your order processing. Products are generally available for delivery within 48 hours. Personal checks may be held for up to 10 business days to process.
Question: How do I pay cash?
Answer:
You can also send us cash by mail. As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions on where to send the money.
Question: What currencies do you accept?
Answer:
You can pay for most of our products in the following currencies: US Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, Australian Dollars, Japanese Yen, Canadian Dollars, or Swiss Francs. There also other currencies are displayed, which allow you to see product prices converted into other currencies during the online order process for reference purposes.
Question: How will I receive my invoice?
Answer:
Invoices for orders will be created only after payment has been received. If you pay by credit card or have the amount charged to your account (electronic debit or online bank transfer), we will immediately issue an invoice for your order. For orders paid for by bank transfer, check or cash, you will first receive an order confirmation, and your invoice will be sent to you after payment has been received. In any case, we will automatically e-mail your invoice or order confirmation to your billing address. The order documents will be included as a PDF attachment to the e-mail. You can also view and print your order documents any time after completing your order. To do so, simply log in to the secure "My Account" area. There, you will find your order overview and all the related documents.
Question: How secure is the order process?
Answer:
The order process is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the internet. All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Our servers support SSL Version 3 and 168-bit Triple DES encryption. The RSA module and SSL sessions feature 1024-bit encryption. In Netscape, you can tell that SSL is activated if you see a closed padlock in the lower left corner of the browser window. In Internet Explorer, the padlock icon is located at lower right in the status bar of the browser window. If you do not see the padlock icon when you enter our order process from the product vendor's website, then please do not access the order form by left-clicking the link or button on the vendor's page. Instead right-click on it, and select “Open in new window” in the options displayed. The padlock will then be displayed on this page. You can also tell that the page is protected if the URL displayed in the address bar begins with "https:".
Question: I interrupted my online order. Has my data been saved?
Answer:
No! Data that you enter during the order process will not be saved until you have clicked "Order" to submit your order.
