Printed Job Viewer
Printer Activity Monitor Printed Job Viewer - special program which will give you an opportunity to watch printed documents.
The principle of the work of this program is quite simple. When you are printing the document, the system is creating the service files the directory of the printing spooler. These files are images of the printing document. The program is processing them and then gives the administrator an opportunity to watch content of printed document.
By using Printer Activity Monitor Printed Job Viewer the administrator can navigate through all pages of the printed document, save it all or one page to various formats, print this pages etc.
In order to see a printed document you need to select any line in the Log and then to press Enter button.
General
Open - open new document for viewing.
Save - save the viewing document as a picture. You can save it in the next formats: *.jpg, *.emf, *.bmp, *.png, *.tif and *.tiff.
Print - print the viewing document.
Page Setup... - setup page for printing.
Navigation
First Page - go to the first page of the document.
Previous Page - go to the previous page of the document.
Next Page - go to the next page of the document.
Last Page - go to the last page of the document.
Zoom
Fit to Page - fit to page size.
Zoom out - zoom the page out.
Zoom in - zoom the page in.
Set custom size - set custom size of the page, what ever you want.
Additional
Always on Top - if this switch is turned on the window of the program always stays on top.
Left Pane - show or hide the left pane which shows you pages of the document is small scale and helps you to navigate in the document.
