Maximum number of records
- limits the number of records that may be added to the "By Hosts" section.
Group by the second level domain names
- makes all records in the "By Hosts" section grouped by their second level domains; e.g. if the section has domains like www.hotmail.com and img.hotmail.com, traffic for both of them will be summed up, and the section will have only the "hotmail.com" record instead of the two.
Report Style
- this parameter defines how the program will generate a reports. Is there are two reports styles: flat reports(one-level reports) and hierarchical(multi-level reports).
Calculate percentage by
- specifies the parameter for calculating the percentage by to show in the last column of the reports. The following options are available:
  • Total traffic.
  • Incoming traffic.
  • Outgoing traffic.

On the "Columns" tab, you may specify the columns you would like to see in the reports.

On the "Report templates" tab, you can select the report appearance settings, which are based on the templates. The following two options are available:

Identical.
Report appearance (visibility of columns, sorting order, maximum number of hosts in the "By hosts" section, percentage calculation procedure, second-level domain grouping criteria, etc.) is the same and is defined by the program's global settings.
Individual.
Report appearance settings are stored in the report's template settings file and are loaded before generating the report by the task manager.
