Data import

The data import process is a key part of the program's performance. To launch data importing: in the "Service" menu select the "Import log files" item. You can as well use the hot-key (F2) to quick-start the import process.

Make sure the paths to the proxy server's log files and database files are correct before you start the import process. If when you start the import process you see the error message saying that no files were found in the log folder, that most likely means you have specified an incorrect path to the log files. Please verify that once again. The list of other possible causes for this error can be found in this manual's "Troubleshooting" chapter.
